The Sierra Nevada ski resort –open from November to April- is a 2-hour drive. As the ocean is right on your doorstep, there is an abundance of water fun to be had.

Outdoor enthusiasts can walk miles among unspoilt natural surroundings, with numerous hiking trails in Elviria - the upmarket residential suburb of Marbella just 4 kilometres from town centre. Not to mention Malaga city, just 30-minutes away, with its Arab fortress, Roman theatre, cathedral and the waterfront with a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops. This in addition to lovely Ronda, and the World heritage listed towns of Cordoba, Seville and Granada.
