If you wish to venture further afield, San Pedro has superb access to many popular destinations: 2 hours to the renowned Sierra Nevada ski resort with 118 km of runs open from November-April; 1 hour to Tarifa, the European kite surfing Mecca, close to which you can explore white villages nestled in the mountains; 1 hour to Gibraltar; 1 hour to Ronda.
