Personalization of electrical appliances and kitchen fittings directly with the supplier (additional cost option). The choices of personalization offered by the developer must be communicated prior to deadline date established by the Construction Management in accordance with the level of
progress of the construction work. If no choices are communicated before that date, the dwelling will be delivered according to standard model.
